The company has sophisticated purpose-built workshops in MMH Docks (Malta), Houston (USA), Rotterdam (Netherlands) and Southampton (UK), Sales offices in Cyprus and Greece, and strategic international partners in Dubai, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore and Turkey.
In April 2016 TSI moved from its Heerjansdam (Netherlands) location to a brand new 12,500sqft facility in s-Gravendeel. The New state of the art facility is equipped to handle all turbocharger maintenance and repair works, and includes a dedicated bearing room for the assembly of SNR bearings. TSI have partnered with NTN-SNR since 2013 to assemble and market a full range of high quality roller bearings to the marine industry.
TSI prides itself on being an independent company ensuring the flexibility to offer services for all models of marine turbochargers. Our expert engineering staff are all trained to OEM standards and all our work is covered by a comprehensive 12-month warranty, making the company a cost effective and reliable alternative to the OEM.
TSI works to the highest standards, each component that enters the workshop undergoes a series of rigorous checks. Trained in house professionals carry out comprehensive measurements, wear analysis and inspection of components, transmitting the results to owners anywhere in the world.
Specialist weld repair methods can restore most damaged turbine blades, and shafts, to their original shape, strength and integrity, offering customers a significant saving on replacements. All repairs are subject to stringent tests to ensure conformity and are of course covered by our comprehensive warranty.
The company can provide new and reconditioned parts on direct sale or on an exchange basis. These include bearings, oil pumps and rotors.
Our 24 hour dedicated breakdown team can take responsibility for all aspects of a breakdown from supply of spare parts to organising logistic support and attendance of engineers worldwide. To achieve this, the company works with specialist logistic partners, who have positive relationships with airlines around the world to ensure priority treatment when required. A door to deck service covers the entire supply chain from collection, including dealing with customs and port authorities, to delivery on board. Every TSI engineer regularly attend OEM factory courses to ensure their skills remain current.

I would like to thank every one involved in the Gas outlet casing work on DG3. It just goes to show what can be done with good organisation, cooperation and team work. It started with an e-mail request from our 1st Engineer to or TSM with an urgent order for a new gas inlet casing. Time - 15:00hrs. 6th May. The part weighing 290 Kg was shipped by road from UK to Bordeaux France, arrived and onboard our vessel in just under 24 hours later. Two TSI technicians arrived from Holland at the same time. Part fitted, Turbocharger assembled, Job completed and engine ready for testing Mid night 7th May. This is an incredible fete well done.

They have worked as a very well organised team with assistance from my technical staff. Your team left the Sapphire for the drive back to base about an hour ago.
