Credit should go to the TSI Engineer, and the team working alongside him for the ships successful arrival on time and subsequent return of DG4 to a fully working condition. Had it not been for the engineer working from day one, very long hours into the early morning and until the job was completed, we would not have made our call to El Ferrol on time. His hard work, dedication and positive approach from the start paid great dividends, and it is very refreshing to see such a general all round professional engineer giving great service on our ships. The TSI engineer deserves a great deal of recognition and thanks for a job extremely well done.

I would like to thank every one involved in the Gas outlet casing work on DG3. It just goes to show what can be done with good organisation, cooperation and team work. It started with an e-mail request from our 1st Engineer to TSI with an urgent order for a new gas inlet casing. Time – 15:00hrs. 6th May. The part weighing 290 Kg was shipped by road from UK to Bordeaux France, arrived and on board our vessel in just under 24 hours later. Two TSI technicians arrived from Holland at the same time. Part fitted, Turbocharger assembled, Job completed and engine ready for testing Mid night 7th May . This is an incredible fete well done.
