  • Reduce load and avoid pumping. Limitation Procedures.

Service and Spares Information

  • Clean silencer-filter. Felt and/or copper mesh may be required.
  • Clean compressor wheels. If damaged, replace accordingly. Dynamic balancing might be needed.
  • Clean or replace accordingly. New diffuser might be needed.
  • Clean or replace accordingly. Reconditioned or new blades may be required. Dynamic balancing may be required. Note: Damaged blades can be weld repaired and we also have exchange rotors in many cases.
  • Clean or replace accordingly. New nozzle ring might be needed. Check area stamped on ring.
  • Turbocharger requires dismantling to clean deposits from nozzle ring.
