Internal Sales Co-Ordinator

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contact and establish a relationship with each customer within your given area
  2. Follow up on quotations with a view of converting to orders through negotiation and reactiveness of feedback
  3. React responsively and in a timely manner to customer queries and issues
  4. Ensure information is correctly detailed in internal database and up to date,
  5. Generate new customers through direct calls/customer research and sales pitch ensure this is fully recorded in database
  6. Contact research required to update all contacts in system with latest data – Direct calls will be required to verify the data.
  7. Follow internal sales process
  8. Take part in online customer visits with clear objectives -Hold online meeting’s and discussions
  9. Develop and maintain good and effective working relationships with all internal colleagues and departments
  10. Maintain high levels of knowledge on TSI current offering and services worldwide – Training will be provided
  11. Maintain knowledge of the industry and competitor activity to better promote the TSI proposition
  12. Respond to management requests in a timely manner
  13. Liaise with management to pass accurate and timely information
  14. Any other duties as necessary to the role

Main requirements of job:

Good customer service skills
Sales skills and negotiation experience
Good telephone manner
Marine Sales experience supplying to Technical Managers/Procurement of commercial vessels
Good administrative and communication skills

Hours OF WORK

Full time permanent

Monday – Friday 08.00-17.00hrs

Some weekend working may be required
